Account Management

How do I reset my online banking password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page and follow the prompts. You'll need your account number and the email address or phone number on file.

How do I update my contact information?

Sign in to online banking, go to Settings > Profile, and update your contact details. Changes take effect immediately.

What should I do if I lose my debit card?

Call us immediately at 1-800-BANK-HELP to report the card as lost or stolen. We'll deactivate it and send you a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Transactions & Payments

How long do transfers take?

Internal transfers between your Gross GTB accounts are instant. External transfers typically take 1-3 business days.

What are the wire transfer fees?

Domestic wire transfers are $25. International wire transfers are $45. Fees are waived for Premium account holders.

Can I dispute a transaction?

Yes. Sign in to online banking, locate the transaction, and click "Dispute." You can also call us at 1-800-BANK-HELP for assistance.

Security

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Settings > Security in online banking and click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." Follow the prompts to set up SMS or app-based authentication.

What should I do if I receive a suspicious email?

Do not click any links or provide any information. Forward the email to security@Gross GTB.com and delete it immediately.

Are my deposits insured?

Yes. All deposits are FDIC insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per account ownership category.

Credit Cards

How do I redeem my credit card rewards?

Sign in to online banking, go to Credit Cards > Rewards, and choose from cash back, statement credit, travel, or merchandise.

When is my payment due?

Your payment is due on the same day each month, as shown on your statement. Set up autopay to never miss a payment.

Can I request a credit limit increase?

Yes. You can request a credit limit increase through online banking under Credit Cards > Manage Card, or call 1-800-CARD-HELP.
