FDIC Insurance Disclosure

Member FDIC. Gross GTB is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Deposits at Gross GTB are insured by the FDIC up to the maximum amount allowed by law.

Standard Insurance Coverage: The standard insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category.

Funds Availability Policy

This disclosure describes our policy for making funds from deposits available for withdrawal.

General Policy

Our policy is to make funds from your deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.

Longer Delays May Apply

Funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:

  • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid
  • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day
  • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid
  • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months
  • There is an emergency, such as failure of computer or communications equipment

We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available.

Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure

Your Rights and Responsibilities

This disclosure explains your rights and responsibilities regarding electronic fund transfers (EFTs) to and from your accounts.

Types of Transfers

  • Direct deposits and withdrawals
  • ATM transactions
  • Point-of-sale (POS) transactions
  • Online and mobile banking transfers
  • Bill pay transactions
  • Preauthorized transfers

Transaction Limits

ATM Withdrawals: $500 per day

Debit Card Purchases: $3,000 per day

ACH Transfers: $10,000 per day

Wire Transfers: No daily limit (fees apply)

Unauthorized Transfers

Contact us immediately if you believe an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission. Your liability for unauthorized transactions depends on how quickly you report them:

  • Within 2 business days: Maximum liability of $50
  • Within 60 days after statement is sent: Maximum liability of $500
  • After 60 days: Unlimited liability for unauthorized transfers after the 60-day period

Interest Rate Disclosure

Savings Accounts

Interest rates on savings accounts are variable and may change at any time at the bank's discretion. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of the date shown and may change after account opening.

Calculation Method

We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Compounding and Crediting

Interest is compounded monthly and credited to your account at the end of each monthly statement period.

The following fees may apply to your accounts. A complete fee schedule is available upon request or at any branch location.

Truth in Savings Disclosure

This disclosure contains important information about account terms and fees. Please read it carefully and retain it for your records.

  • Rate Information: Interest rates and APYs are variable and may change at any time. The APY assumes interest remains on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
  • Minimum Balance Requirements: Some accounts require a minimum balance to earn interest or avoid fees. Please refer to your account agreement for specific requirements.
  • Balance Computation Method: We use the daily balance method to calculate interest. Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items.

Regulation E Error Resolution Notice

In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt
  2. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared
  3. Tell us your name and account number, describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information, and the dollar amount of the suspected error

If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly.

Account Agreement

By opening and maintaining an account with Gross GTB, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Account Agreement. This agreement, along with these disclosures, governs your relationship with the bank.
